Presales Engineer


  • Provide support to the sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm
  • Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm.
  • Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
  • Secures from customer technical staff commitment needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
  • Provides coaching and professional development to team members in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills
  • Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms.
  • Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure
  • Provide customer centric presentation and demonstration to customers

Sales Manager


  • Design and implement a strategic business plan to developing the business through sales and margin growth.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts and relationships.
  • Identify and generate new leads, revenue streams and opportunities.
  • Achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Liaise with Operational and Technical staff to ensure effective outcomes.
  • At least 5 year(s) previous sales experience in the enterprise IT industry, with proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Developer Support


  • Desktop support, Printing support, Servers support, VPN and SAP
  • Provide helpdesk service to end-user, troubleshooting issues related to personal computers, applications, networks and IP phones
  • Participate in the full system development life cycle with application design, development, implementation and production support
  • Analyse business requirements and transform them into technical design
  • Implement the technical design, develop application programs and test the functional requirements
  • Conduct user training on application systems and provide on-going production support
  • Handle change requests and provide quick and efficient solutions
  • Maintain system procedure and documentation according to established standards
  • Passionate in software development and eager to acquire new skills/ technologies
  • Strong team player and willing to learn and excel in a dynamic environment and work independently
  • Experience & knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Network connectivity, printer mapping, etc
  • Experience in desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis and supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem
  • Basic knowledge of working with Javascripts, VB scripts, Unix/Shell scripts Windows/Linux/Sun Solaris environments

    Basic knowledge of database like Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, Sybase etc

  • Experience in JAVA programming
  • Experienced with technologies: RMI, Multi-thread Sockets, Servlets, Struts, JSP, Jquery, AJAX, Apache Cassandra
  • Knowledge on Networking/SNMP/WMI is added advantage
