It has indeed been a fruitful 2007 for NetGain Systems. NetGain Systems was not only awarded the contract as the sole IT monitoring solutions provider for Olympic Games 2008 but was also selected as the best candidate to fulfill the glorious role of IT monitoring and management for ¡°Good Luck Beijing¡± Sports Events. ¡°Good Luck Beijing¡± Sports Events an open invitational tournament held from December 2007 to January 2008, acts as a preparatory test for the upcoming Olympics.
With the objective of organizing ¡°Good Luck Beijing¡± Sports Events as a simulation of Olympics 2008, there were highly stringent requirements regarding deployment of IT centralized monitoring. All procedures from installation to withdrawal had to be done within a certain time constraint. Due to the strict logistics management processes, remote deployment was a common practice.
Facing the challenge of a widely distributed, diverse and complex IT environment of this event, NetGain Systems employed the usage of EV+EM, a combination of consolidated monitoring and distributed management solution. With our service-oriented approach and flexible configuration ability, NetGain Systems successfully met the time requirements. To ensure quality control is established, NetGain Systems specially developed a project management process that refines processes and eases implementation procedures.
