- When contacted, the Customer Service Officers will obtain relevant information from the reporting Customer and progress the information reported or problem detected.
- A service inquiry reference number will be provided upon contact. Troubleshooting activities / fact-finding may be necessary before the scope of the issue and resolution time-frames are ascertained. The reporting party will be kept notified regularly. NetGain Systems will help resolve the fault and troubleshoot
