2020 – Year in Review for NetGain Systems

2020 has certainly been an interesting year. While the world was grinding to an almost complete stop due to the COVID pandemic, at NetGain Systems we were determined to stay on our chartered course despite the challenging times.

The question we are always asking ourselves is “How can we serve our customers better?” In 2020 we answered this question by releasing version 11 of our flagship product, NetGain EM (Enterprise Manager), and launching 3 new complementary products, NetGain APM (Application Performance Management), NetGain SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and NetGain CVS (Cloud Vista Suite), as part of the new NetGain IT Monitoring and Security Management family of solutions.

The new solution family enables us to serve our customers in a more holistic manner, by including application management and security event management as well as extending the monitoring and management of the IT infrastructure to the cloud and hybrid networks. We are happy to share that the new solutions have seen good traction amongst both our partners and customers, such as Embrio Enterprises in Singapore and SINOPEC Shengli Oilfield in China.

We are also extremely excited to share that in 2020, we expanded and strengthened our presence in key strategic locations within APAC. In addition, as part of our company culture to care and help those in need, we provided medical supplies to our adopted charity, a home for the elderly, to help keep them safe during the COVID pandemic.

Key milestones in 2020:

• February: Rebranding of the company
• March: Established local presence in Malaysia and Thailand
• April: Provided COVID-related medical supplies to our adopted charity
• June: Released NetGain EM (Enterprise Manager) v11
• June: Launched NetGain SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and NetGain CVS (Cloud Vista Suite)
• July: Initiated Partner development in Australia
• October: Launched NetGain APM (Application Performance Management)
