2022 continues to be a challenging year for most around the world.
 
Global inflation and slowdown in GDP growth have caused much turmoil in the lives of ordinary people. 
 
COVID extended its presence into its third year in 2022.  Governments around the world have eased COVID restrictions, and most countries have slowly adjusted to the new normal of living with COVID.
 
The rapid acceleration of digital transformation, driven by COVID and the need to work from home, has forced CIOs to focus on how to keep their IT infrastructure secure, up and running, and provide their stakeholders with a positive user experience.  
 
In 2022, NetGain launched our NetGain Observability suite, available both on-prem and as-a-service, that enables organizations to understand what is happening in and to their infrastructure.   The Observability suite Incorporates and is underpinned by a new AIOps, which allows forecasting, anomaly detection and outlier detection using machine learning.
 
Since launch, our Observability suite has seen good traction and interest among our partners and customers. We’ve continued to expand our presence in key strategic locations within APAC. We welcomed our new partnership with IT Green and SecureCraft, for Thailand and Singapore respectively.
 
Lastly, in 2022, NetGain celebrates our 20^th anniversary. From our humble beginnings in 2002, we have been fortunate to gain the trust of our customers and partners in Asia Pacific.
