- Manage full sets of accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts and submission of reports.
- Oversee order processing and delivery procedure.
- Attend to internal and external queries (e.g. tax, audit, etc.).
- Drive internal process to achieve operational excellence.

- Diploma, Degree, LCCI, ACCA with minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and effectively.
- Performs technical pre-sales activities in support of the company’s products.
- Conducts online and physical presentations and demonstrations.
- Answers technical questions from potential customers and channel partners including responses to RFPs.
- Maintains and continually upgrades technical understanding of products and provides training to other team members where necessary.
- Conducts PoCs with end users and partners.
- Performs post-sales technical support duties, including product installation, configuration and troubleshooting of customer issues.
- Convey customer feedback including feature requests and product issues to Product Management and Development teams.
- Primary territory is Singapore, and may expand to cover other countries.
- Degree/Diploma in a relevant computing discipline or 4+ years’ experience in related field (Technology consulting, presales, network engineer, network administrator, system administrator or similar IT related job function).
- A good mix of technical ability, sales and customer interaction skills are required.
- Needs to be flexible and be willing to jump on customer calls on topics where you may not be an expert.
- Experience with TCP/IP based networks and a fundamental understanding of Network and Application Management protocols including SNMP, SNMP Traps, Syslogs, ICMP, WMI.
- Server (Windows 2008, UNIX or Linux) experience.
- Windows or Unix Scripting (VB, Perl, shell) experience highly desirable.
- Additional experience in Virtualization, Storage or Database technologies highly desirable.
- Experience in delivering technical training to presales and or/sales staff internally and externally to partners and end users is highly desirable.
- Willing to travel (~20%).
