AI Engineer (Singapore)

Key Responsibilites

  • Generative AI Development: Design, develop, and implement generative AI models to create innovative solutions tailored to our observability products. 
  • Prompt Engineering: Craft and optimize prompts to guide AI models in producing accurate, relevant, and contextually appropriate outputs.
  • Model Fine-Tuning: Perform fine-tuning of AI models to enhance performance on specific tasks and datasets, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Develop and optimize RAG systems utilizing retrieval mechanisms and generative AI frameworks to improve information retrieval and generation processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows. 
  • Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models and algorithms. 
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques and their application in guiding AI model outputs.
  • Experience with AI model fine-tuning to optimize performance for specific applications.
  • Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and their implementation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferably with experience in deploying AI models in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and applications.  Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. 

Technical Consultant (Asia)

Key Responsibilites

  • Work closely with the sales team and partners to deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments.  
  • Design and propose observability and AIOps solutions that align with customer needs.  
  • Lead the technical deployment of NetGain’s platform, ensuring successful onboarding and integration.  
  • Provide technical training to partners and customers to maximize adoption.  
  • Assist in troubleshooting and support, resolving technical issues related to deployments.  
  • Gather customer feedback to help shape NetGain’s product roadmap and enhancements.   

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in a relevant computing discipline  
  • 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting in IT infrastructure, observability, or cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, monitoring, and cloud/on-prem architectures.  
  • Experience with IT operations, system administration, or network engineering is a plus.  
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.  
  • Ability to work with partners and customers across diverse industries and cultures in Asia.  
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed. 

Channels Manager (Asia)

Key Responsibilites

  • Develop and execute NetGain’s channel strategy in Asia, onboarding and enabling new partners.  
  • Manage distributors, resellers, and system integrators, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to sell NetGain solutions effectively.  
  • Drive partner engagement through training, marketing campaigns, and joint business planning.  
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align channel activities with NetGain’s business objectives.  
  • Monitor partner performance, track sales pipelines, and ensure revenue growth through the channel.  
  • Establish strong relationships with key partners to drive sales and customer success.  

Requirements

  • University or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science or equivalent  
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management in the IT software industry.  
  • Strong understanding of the IT observability, AIOps, or cybersecurity market.  
  • Proven track record of building and growing partner ecosystems across Asia.  
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.  
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.  
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
