In addition, the Customized Reports feature enabled the IT team to generate tailored reports for various departments within the organization, freeing up resources to focus on core responsibilities. The Access to Local Support provided by NetGain was another significant benefit. The local support team, available within the same time zone and a short drive away, offered prompt assistance compared to the previous provider, which had longer response times.
